DO NTHNG – Himalayan Brew: the bar
DO NTHNG – Himalayan Brew is the bar and cafe at HOGS Panorama, on Shuru Road in Prini, near Mata Sharvari Temple. We are on the quieter left-bank side of Manali, away from the busiest stretch around Mall Road. The setting gives you mountain and orchard views, with a terrace that changes character as daylight fades.
We are open daily, 10 AM–10 PM. Come by during the day for coffee, a relaxed meal or a warm drink. As evening arrives, the fairy lights and lanterns come on, the prayer flags move in the mountain air and the neon sign at the entrance lights up. There is a swing, an egg chair and a painted mountain-and-motorbike mural that reflects the spirit of the place.
Cafe by day, bar by evening. Our professional mixologist makes the cocktails on the menu, from familiar favourites to gin-led and tropical options. For New Year's Eve in Manali 2026, DO NTHNG will host a live singer, a cocktail night with our mixologist, music, a bonfire if the weather permits, a midnight countdown and a New Year cake ceremony.
