Welcome to HOGS Stays. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the use of our website and services including stays, experiences, and café services at DO NTHNG – Himalayan Brew.

1. Reservations & Booking Confirmation

All reservations made through our website, phone, or third-party platforms are subject to availability and confirmation.
A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment is received and a confirmation message/email is shared by our team.
Guests must provide accurate personal details including name, contact number, and identification information during booking.
HOGS reserves the right to decline or cancel reservations in case of incomplete or incorrect information.

2. Payment Policy

To secure a booking, the following payment structure applies unless stated otherwise:

* 40% advance payment at the time of booking
* 30% payment to be made 15 days prior to check-in
* Remaining 30% payment to be cleared 24 hours before check-in

Failure to complete payments within the required timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
Payments can be made through approved payment methods including UPI, bank transfer, or payment gateway links provided by HOGS.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in and check-out timings are:

Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
All guests are required to present valid government-issued identification during check-in.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the season, special packages, or promotional bookings.

General cancellation terms:

* Cancellation more than 20 days before check-in – Partial refund may be applicable after deducting processing charges.
* Cancellation within 15 days of check-in – Advance amount is non-refundable.
* No-show or early departure – No refund will be provided.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

* Note: A non-refundable cancellation policy will be applicable for all bookings from 23rd December to 1st January.

5. Guest Conduct & Responsibility

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect other guests, staff members, and the property.
Any damage caused to the property, furniture, equipment, or décor will be chargeable to the guest responsible.
HOGS reserves the right to refuse service or request guests to vacate the premises in cases of misconduct, illegal activities, or behavior that disrupts other guests.

6. House Rules

To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, the following guidelines apply:

* Quiet hours are observed after 10:30 PM.
* Illegal substances and unlawful activities are strictly prohibited.
* Outside visitors are not allowed without prior approval.
* Guests must comply with all safety and property guidelines provided during their stay.

7. Food & Café Services

Food and beverages are served at DO NTHNG – Himalayan Brew, our in-house café.
While we strive to maintain consistency, menu items may vary depending on seasonal ingredient availability.
Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions are advised to inform staff before placing orders.
Outside food may be restricted in designated dining areas.

8. Liability & Personal Belongings

While we maintain strict safety and security standards, HOGS Stays shall not be held responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
Guests are advised to keep valuables secured at all times.

9. Force Majeure

HOGS shall not be liable for failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to:

* Natural disasters
* Extreme weather conditions
* Landslides or road closures
* Government restrictions
* Pandemics or public health emergencies

In such situations, bookings may be rescheduled or adjusted upon mutual discussion.

10. Website Usage

All content on this website including text, photographs, branding elements, and design is the property of HOGS Stays.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify website content without written permission.
Any misuse of the website or fraudulent activity may result in restricted access.

11. Modification of Terms

HOGS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
By continuing to use the website or services after changes are made, you agree to the revised terms.
